SJJS has a journal treasurer who is the key personnel for its finances. The journal treasurer has proven financial skills necessary to control finances of the journal.

SJSSis majorly self-funded through charging affordable publication fees to researches and conference charges. The conferences charges may vary from time to time.

Duties of the journal treasurer

  • Receiving all cash, cheque and electronic remittances on the behalf of the journal
  • Ensuring that the journal has adequate funds to conduct its activities
  • Preparing proposals to enable the journal be able to raise financial support
  • Set appropriate and affordable publication prices with the help of the editor
  • Guiding the chief editor in cases which may lead to financial loss
  • Help the editor in facilitating research conferences in terms of refreshments for participants
  • Any other financial duty that may arise from time to time.
