• Ensuring that the journal name is cited as is.
• Selection of experts in various fields to help in editing specific journal articles, book reviews or any other academic work that may require editing
• Announcing or making calls for papers
• Advertising conferences regarding research
• Keeping up to date information on the website with the help of web developer and controller
• Ensuring that the articles or manuscripts submitted are free from mistakes or errors
• Ensuring that all articles manuscripts submitted are compliant with the journal policies
• Formulating a theme of the year on which topical issues should rotate
• Signing a form of approval to allow the web developer and controller to upload an approved article or manuscript.
• Searching for partners to work with SJSS for further and growth development
• Formulating new guidelines and improving the available journal guidelines
• Ensuring that the journal embraces new technology from time to time
• Ensuring that researchers with queries receive feedback as soon as possible
• Ensuring that the journal publishes its periodical issues
• Selecting the best articles for publication without any form of bias
• Protection of the copyright of the journal

Web developer and controller or web manager

This one is responsible for the proper activeness of the website of the journal. Our web manager has got vast knowledge of IT and web development to provide with the best online access services. The following the responsibilities of our web manager;

• Updating all the necessary information as requested by the chief editor
• Announcing all the conferences as requested by the chief editor
• Helping in the marketing the journal
• Uploading all the approved publications upon request by the chief editor
• Maintaining an appropriate web design for the journal
• Ensuring quick access to the journal by researchers
• Creating other links that may be of importance to researchers

Proof readers

These will be selected based on the articles available from time to time. The proof readers will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that the articles are well organized and flow chronologically
• Ascertaining that the grammar used matches with research English
• Ascertaining the grammar used is understandable to readers
• Verification of whether the articles are free from plagiarism
• Ensuring illustrations and diagrams have been used well within the articles or manuscripts
